PCI Pharma Services in San Diego is looking for a Quality Assurance professional to ensure compliance with GMP standards and assist during audits. The successful candidate will have a background in Life Sciences and at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in quality assurance.
The role involves generating and reviewing critical documentation, fostering a compliant environment, and promoting safety protocols. The hiring rate is competitive, including benefits such as health insurance and a performance bonus.
This position is responsible for performing a wide variety of routine and semi-routine activities pertaining to assuring compliance with applicable Quality Assurance (QA) and regulatory requirements, including assisting with audits, training programs, and documentation review in support of GMP operations. Promotes a compliant cGMP environment and follows SOPs. Provides quality support for investigations related to quality events associated with GMP manufacturing operations. Generates documentation and ensures completeness for batch disposition and batch record packet assembly. Ability to work independently, within prescribed guidelines, and as a team member. Leads projects and trains junior staff.
The hiring rate for this position is $29.65 - $33.36/hour plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including but not limited to specific and relevant experience, education, credentials, geography, and subject matter expertise.
