Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services in Columbia, MO is seeking a QA/Quality Assurance professional to review laboratory reports, ensure regulatory compliance, and support CAPA and training programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; a degree in chemistry, biochemistry, biology, chemical engineering, pharmaceutical science, or related field is preferred.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Meets all quality and productivity metrics and demonstrates strong teamwork and collaboration.
• Reviews and approves/rejects completed client laboratory reports and like records for accuracy, traceability, and completeness; evaluates deficiencies for clarification and potential impact on compliance.
• Assist with implementation and monitoring of quality systems and procedures (e.g. CAPA, change controls, trainings).
• Reviews protocols, procedures, data, reports, and other documents to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, protocol, and SOPs.
• Keeps supervisor informed of significant issues or developments identified during QA activities.
• Learn new tasks and remember processes associated with this role.
• Communicate with Scientific staff for resolving comments.
• Complete tasks under speed/productivity quotas.
• Communicate effectively with client staff.
• Conduct all activities in a safe and efficient manner.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
