Discovery Life Sciences is seeking a Quality Assurance Associate to join our Global Quality & Regulatory team in Newtown, PA. You will apply ALCOA+ data integrity, GDP, and risk-based quality methods to reviews of global records, ensuring regulatory compliance and internal standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 0–2 years in Quality Assurance or regulated environments.
• Experience supporting audits or quality systems is a plus.
• Must have excellent MS Office skills.
• Basic understanding of GxP, GDP, and ALCOA+ data integrity.
• PMP or ASQ certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Review GxP documents for compliance, accuracy and traceability.
• Support audits and CAPA follow-ups; assist with audit logistics.
• Collaborate with global teams to strengthen quality systems.
• Identify documentation issues and drive timely resolution.
• Develop controlled documents and work instructions.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives.
