Job summary

Groundswell is seeking a QA tester to join our team to partner with Appian project teams and define testing strategies across multiple projects. You will help shape testing approaches and ensure quality across the portfolio.

You will perform QA testing on Appian applications, create test scripts, document results, and collaborate with developers to resolve defects. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of QA experience, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of QA testing on software applications (e.g., Appian, UiPath, Pega)
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple projects

What You'll do:

We are seeking a QA tester to join our team! This person will be responsible for partnering with our Appian project teams to develop and implement testing strategies specific to Appian applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partnering with project leads to develop a testing strategy and performance goals for Appian projects
• Performing QA testing on Appian applications across several projects
• Creating documentation/ test scripts and recording results
• Partnering with project leads and developers to ensure issues are resolved
• Analyzing bugs to identify trends
• Writing user stories

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT or related field
• 3+ years of experience performing QA testing on software applications (i.e., Appian, UiPath, Pega, etc.)
• Detail oriented with experience working on several projects at one time
• Experience working in an agile environment
• Must be a U.S. citizenin accordance withcontract requirements.
• Flexibility to travel as required

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in automation testing desired
• Trusted Tester Certification (508 compliance) desired
