• Functional Testing knowledge
• Good knowledge on all the phases of STLC
• Good knowledge on different security testing approach, specially for the financial org/sites
• Clear idea in authentication, authorization from testing stand point.
• Good understanding of testing single sign on feature
• Web service testing knowledge
• Automation knowledge can be added advantage
• Performance testing knowledge can be added advantage
• Good knowledge on QA process
• Different types and levels of testing (eg - regression, SIT, Load, Endurance etc)
• Drive and Own Security Testing for IDM
• Guide team in creating Knowledge base
• Track and report issues
• Customer and Stakeholder management
• Review and monitor progress on deliverable
• Assign tasks to the team based on the time lines and scope agreed with customer
