Zoot Enterprises is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to support QA across software, internal systems, client implementations, and product offerings. You will develop and run test plans and scripts, document defects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality solutions for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, Finance, or related field required.
• Previous experience and knowledge in developing and maintaining Quality Assurance policies required.
• Previous experience in Quality Assurance roles in software development or other related industries preferred.
• Previous experience utilizing JIRA preferred.
• Or an equal combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Comprehend and adhere to Zoot’s testing and quality assurance processes.
• Understand Zoot Capabilities and supported platform types to support project teams, Service Operations teams, and clients.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Product Managers to review and understand requirement specifications.
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases tied to requirements.
• Prioritize, plan, and execute testing activities.
• Identify, document, and track defects thoroughly.
• Work with clients during their user acceptance testing efforts.
• Support platforms continuously through production.
• Analyze and strive to improve Zoot’s QA process and propose changes to the Group Manager when applicable.
