ADP, Inc. seeks a QA Analyst to join our Enterprise Applications team in a hybrid Buffalo, NY environment. You will collaborate with development to isolate defects early, validate APIs, and help streamline CI/CD pipelines with AI-assisted automation.

• 1–2 years of software quality assurance experience, focusing on web apps, integrations, or automated pipelines.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to trace bugs across APIs, databases, and front-end interfaces.
• Experience handling sensitive data with confidentiality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a customer‑service mindset.
