What you'll be doing:

• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and execute QA test plans that improve quality by design.
• Designing QA test procedures.
• Conduct root cause analysis of failures and verify through controlled experiments.
• Troubleshooting quality issues and modifying test procedures.

What you need to have:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a QA Analyst.
• Experience in Web API mobile Android and web tests.
• Experience in Linux OS.
• Experience in test case design, creation, execution, and reporting.
• Exposure to tools like Postman, Charles, JIRA, Git, Xray, Jenkins.
• Solid knowledge in software testing.
• Solid understanding of the basis of test automation, particularly with Robot Framework and firmware/hardware.
• Good analysis, organization, communication, and teamwork skills.
• A dynamic and critical spirit.
• Ability and eagerness to learn.
• Autonomy and initiative.
• Passion for developing novel and unique systems that have a direct impact in people’s lives.
• Natural leadership, winning personality and a drive to disrupt.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

What we would love to see:

• Programming knowledge, particularly using Python.
• QA certification or equivalent accreditation (e.g. ISTQB).
• Experience with hardware/firmware testing.
• Experience in People management.
