Job summary

Divine Global Solutions in Lexington, SC is seeking a detail-oriented QA Analyst to join our growing team. You will ensure the quality and reliability of our software products by identifying issues before they reach end users, collaborating with developers, product managers and stakeholders in a fast-paced Agile environment.

The role requires designing and executing manual and automated tests, tracking defects with JIRA/TestRail, and translating requirements into test scenarios.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a QA Analyst, Software Tester, or similar role.
• Proficiency with test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail)
• Experience with manual and automated testing methodologies
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of SQL and ability to write simple database queries
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases and test plans
• Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools
• 2+ years translating business requirements or policy documentation into test cases and scenarios
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
• 2+ years knowledge of manual testing techniques (functional, regression, smoke, usability, boundary testing)
• Analyze test results and provide detailed reports on software quality metrics
• 3+ years deep knowledge of healthcare operations (preferably Medicaid), business processes
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning and daily standups
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and testing frameworks
