Job summary

Your Impact

As Software Engineer on the team you will lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable software solutions across diverse cloud-native and on-premises environments. Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors + 7 years of related experience, or Masters + 4 years of related experience, or PhD + 1 year of related experience, or equivalent related work experience
• Experience working with both cloud-native architectures (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure) and on-premises environments, specifically involving Kubernetes container orchestration
• Proficiency in programming in Python. Experience with AI/ML frameworks, generative AI, and large language models.
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex projects, leveraging deep expertise in the software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and secure coding practices.
• Requires proven hands‑on experience deploying and managing scalable solutions within cloud environments and on‑premise environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Node.js. A strong foundation in responsible AI practices, AI governance, and artificial intelligence compliance, complemented by hands‑on experience in prompt engineering and generative AI proficiency to meet business objectives.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (Ansible, Terraform), and network automation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across diverse teams.
• Experience in mentoring and upskilling junior engineers to ensure high-quality engineering standards and technical proficiency.

The starting salary range posted for this position is $139,300.00 to $203,600.00 and reflects the projected salary range for new hires in this position in U.S. and/or Canada locations, not including incentive compensation*, equity, or benefits.
