Job summary

Qualifications

Role:

This role is for an innovativeFull Stack Engineertohelpthebuild out of solutions thatcompriseofagentic flows&application integration, focusing on process efficiencies, automation, simplification, and risk reduction across enterprise business solutions. The successful candidate will contribute to the technical direction of products and services,instilengineering best practices, and promote cultural change within the organization. This position involves close collaboration with various technology teams to push the adoption of Generative AI technologies and agentic flows across enterprise-wide applications and processes, and to develop partnerships with third-party providers forvalidatingand adopting best-of-breed solutions.

• 3+ years experience with relevant frameworks such asSpring(AI, Boot, Core, etc.),Flask,LangChain,LangGraph, andMLFlow.
• 3+ years experience and proficiencyin database technologies,such asOracle,Postgres,orMongoDB.
• Experience withmessaging and integration platforms likeKafkaorJMS/MQ.
• UI development skills with technologies such asReact JSorStreamLit.
• Experience designing and implementingRESTandWebSocketAPIs.
• Familiarity withone of themajor cloud platforms includingAWS,GCP, orAzure/
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure tools, includingDocker,Kubernetes,Terraform, andHelm.
• Experience with build and deployment(CI/CD)tools such asJenkinsandGradle.
• Strongengineering experience with high-performance, large-scale distributed systems
• Experienceusing AI coding assistants such as CoPilot or Devin.
• Strong hands-on experience with Agile delivery, product management, and value stream methodologies.
• Proventrack recordin producing high-quality project artifacts.
• Demonstrated abilityto drivethedesign,development&implementationof scalable systems.
• Motivated self-starter with the ability to quickly learn new skills and effectively navigate complex organizational structures.
