Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional experience.
• Freelance or autonomy-rich work history.
• Ability to document clearly and concisely.
• Experience delivering in fast-moving freelance settings.
• Familiar with microservices and React/Webpack tooling.

Responsibilities

• Refine and maintain microservices supporting Westminster, CO customers.
• Translate product wishes into shippable Jenkins services.
• Ship Jenkins fixes the same day they are reported.
• Participate in on-call rotations and postmortems.
• Address Django dependency issues delaying Westminster releases.
• Build accessible, responsive front-end interfaces.
• Mentor newer hires on wiring Ruby together.
