Shopping Solutions Plus is seeking a Python Developer to join our Wilmington, DE team. The role is contract-based and focuses on accelerating our product roadmap with hands-on development in Python and related technologies.

You will collaborate across teams to build self-service tools, improve alerting, and integrate events into our data pipelines. Candidates should be comfortable in a fast-paced, team-driven environment and authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Experience writing Python code and delivering production-grade features.
• Ability to work in a contract/agency-style engagement.
• Comfort presenting to mid-level leadership and collaborating across teams.
• Strong debugging skills and staying productive under tight deadlines.
• Willingness to adapt opinions when data argues back.

Responsabilités

• Build self-service tools to reduce ticket requests from Wilmington teams.
• Turn Angular on-call noise into meaningful alerts.
• Trace a technology metric through services to ensure accurate reporting.
• Deliver performance wins measurable in Delaware retention metrics.
• Integrate .NET Core events into the gRPC pipeline and reporting.
