Job summary

Stradit is seeking a skilled Python developer to design, build, and maintain scalable applications and RESTful services in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to data pipelines, automation, and AI/ML integrations, and participate in Agile ceremonies to deliver high-quality software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or related discipline.
• 4–6 years hands-on software development with Python.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable Python applications and services.
• Build and support RESTful APIs and integrations with internal and external systems.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, architects, and developers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in design and implementation of data pipelines, automation frameworks, and integration solutions.
• Support AI/ML initiatives by developing data processing components and integrating ML services into business applications.
• Troubleshoot production and non-production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, security standards, and best practices.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices to improve software quality.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, design artifacts, and operational procedures.
• Support application monitoring, performance tuning, and reliability improvements.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
