Position Overview – In concert with our professional staff, this position is responsible for developing new functionality to support our existing monitoring a control platform, deployed on ruggedized edge computers worldwide.

Job Responsibilities – Include, but are not limited to:

• Participate in weekly sprints to deliver functionality to support product releases and customer delivery requirements.
  
• Improve and refactor existing functionality to optimize edge computer performance, increase security, and simplify the overall user experience of using our products.
  
• Provide direct feedback to product development to steer our technical course to support upcoming trends and technologies to ensure our platforms remain supportable.
  
• Document new features and configuration requirements to enable product support for our sales and operations teams.
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Required - Proficient communicator via phone, TXT, and email
  
• Required - Creating technical documents using MS Office (or equivalent) software products.
  
• Strongly Preferred - Database report query using SQL (PostgreSQL)
