Job summary

Infosys Limited in Plano, TX is seeking an Architecture Consultant 2 to drive AI/ML-driven architecture across banking, wealth management, and insurance domains. You will define scalable, secure solutions, evaluate technologies, and guide design from concept to deployment.

You will engage with clients and internal teams to deliver architecture that aligns with business goals, leveraging AWS services, ML models, and AI agents. The role requires strong communication and up-to-date technical skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Design and fine-tune ML models, including LLMs and generative AI.
• Experience with AWS services (Bedrock, S3, EC2, Lambda) and ML Ops.
• Experience with AWS SageMaker for model development and deployment.
• Experience building AI Agents for business problems.
• Experience with prompt engineering to improve model performance.
• Experience with multiple LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere) and related tooling.
• Familiarity with ML methodologies and quantitative modeling.

Responsibilities

In the assigned Job Role of Architecture Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Participate in customer discussions to gather and analyze system requirements for performance, security and scalability.
• Provide suggestions on solution architecture, contribute to tech framework development, support enterprise architecture definition, and drive design creation
• Identify suitable technologies and tools available in the market, and perform a comparative analysis in line with client's business requirement, thereby identifying optimal architectural solution options
• Participate in developing integration strategies based on validation of proof of concept of proposed architectural solutions
• Facilitate a smooth transition by ensuring knowledge transfer and adherence to quality standards, while contributing to the build and deployment automation strategy
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve complex technical issues using solution deployment and roll out methods, during build, deployment and support phases
• Analyze system performance basis architectural solutions implemented and support in identifying potential risks in the system landscape
• Create artifacts of architectural frameworks and technical solutions, thereby enriching team's knowledge repository

Your contribution to the team:

• The ability to analyse, design, and develop scalable and secure architectures.
• A knack for assessing multiple technologies, tools and frameworks to recommend optimal solutions.
• Understanding of integration methodologies, proof-of-concept validation and deployment strategies.

• Proactive communication with internal teams and clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• A knack to keep with up technical advancements to ensure relevant and effective recommendations.
• The ability to maintain standards and ensure smooth transition through knowledge transfer

Required Skill and Experience

• Experience in Python and ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Experience in Design, develop, and fine-tune machine learning models, particularly those involving LLMs and generative AI.
• Experience with AWS services, especially Bedrock, S3, EC2, and Lambda Familiarity with ML Ops practices and tools for model deployment and monitoring.
• Experience with AWS SageMaker for model development and model deployment.
• Experience with developing and deploying AI Agents for business problems.
• Experience in optimizing and adapt prompt engineering strategies to improve model performance and relevance.
• Experience with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere) and prompt engineering.
• Experience in understanding quantitative/statistical/ML/AI modeling methodologies.
• Experience in ML engineering, including hands-on experience with Generative AI/LLMs.

Preferred Skill and Experience

• Experience in building and maintaining scalable data pipelines and APIs to support ML workflows.
• Knowledge of data privacy and security best practices in cloud environments.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and container orchestration is a plus.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
