Job summary

NextLink Group seeks an experienced Python/AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable Python-based AI solutions for enterprise data-driven use cases. You will build models, pipelines, and APIs, and ensure secure, production-grade deployment across the delivery lifecycle.

You will work with data scientists and platform teams to enable model deployment, monitoring, and governance, using cloud services and modern MLOps practices.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Python for backend development and data processing.
• Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals and model evaluation.
• Experience with AI/ML libraries: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, NumPy, Pandas.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs / microservices.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and OOP concepts.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
• Knowledge of SDLC, Git, and CI/CD concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications and services for AI and data-driven use cases.
• Build, train, evaluate, and deploy ML and AI models for enterprise applications.
• Develop data pipelines and feature engineering workflows to support AI/ML models.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms, APIs, and downstream systems.
• Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance using engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with product owners, data scientists, and platform teams across the delivery lifecycle.
• Support model deployment, monitoring, and tuning in production environments.
• Adhere to enterprise security, compliance, and governance standards.
