Job summary

Tech Mahindra in Cleveland, Ohio is seeking a Python AI Engineer to develop, fine-tune, and deploy AI models using Azure OpenAI services. You will build scalable, production-ready solutions for NLP tasks such as text generation, summarization, and sentiment analysis, working onsite in Cleveland.

The ideal candidate has strong Python skills, experience with PyTorch/TensorFlow, Azure OpenAI APIs, and MLOps disciplines, including version control and CI/CD.

Qualifications

• Strong Python proficiency with AI/ML frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI models and APIs.
• Familiarity with data preprocessing and prompt engineering.
• Experience with MLOps, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Python scripts to interact with Azure OpenAI APIs and related services.
• Evaluate, select, and fine-tune Azure OpenAI models based on project-specific needs.
• Design and implement AI solutions for NLP tasks including text generation, summarization, and sentiment analysis.
• Deploy, monitor, and optimize AI models in production environments.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, and Azure AI ecosystem.
• Utilize industry-standard libraries, frameworks, and tools to enhance development efficiency.
• Ensure scalability and performance of AI applications to meet enterprise demands.
• Collaborate and communicate complex AI concepts effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve AI model development challenges, providing innovative and practical solutions.
