Job summary

Cloud Hybrid is seeking an AI Engineer to help design and develop AI-driven agents that enhance user experiences across voice, text, and multi-modal interfaces in our Palo Alto offices.

You will work with engineers, data scientists, and product managers to deploy RAG solutions, connect knowledge bases and transactional systems via APIs, and build scalable features for customer support and decision-making. Experience with LangChain, FAISS, or Pinecone is required.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of software engineering best practices including code quality, version control, testing and CI/CD.
• Hands-on experience building or integrating RAG systems with LangChain, FAISS, Pinecone or equivalent.
• Ability to connect AI agents with knowledge bases and transactional systems via APIs and databases.
• Proven experience developing AI agents or chatbots.
• Knowledge of multi-modal interfaces (voice, text, etc.)
• Familiarity with STT/TTS technologies and voice frameworks like liveKit.
• Experience with API development and integration.
• Proficiency in data contracts (e.g., protobuf, REST).
• Experience connecting to databases such as PostgreSQL or similar.
