The role involves designing and maintaining server implementations for AI interactions and creating secure integrations with various platforms. Ideal candidates have over 4 years of software development experience, proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript, and a deep understanding of REST APIs. Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in software development with production systems.
• Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript/Node.js.
• Deep understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, and integration patterns.
• Experience with JSON-RPC, WebSocket, or similar RPC protocols.
• Knowledge of authentication mechanisms such as OAuth 2.0, JWT, and API keys.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Model Context Protocol (MCP) server implementations for AI agent interactions with enterprise systems.
• Create secure connectors integrating platforms such as Splunk, Zendesk, Databricks, and ServiceNow with AI systems.
• Implement communication protocols including JSON-RPC, WebSocket, and REST APIs to ensure reliable data exchange.
• Develop validation schemas, error handling, and retry mechanisms to enhance system robustness and performance.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to optimize connector performance and ensure seamless integration with evolving LLM capabilities.
