Job summary

525 Fuller Technologies Inc. is seeking a Pyro Product Specialist for Allentown to own aftermarket, retrofit, and product-improvement projects for Rotary Kilns and related pyro equipment.

The role requires deep technical expertise, hands-on engineering documentation, and strong collaboration across service, sales, procurement, and quality teams. Travel up to 30 days annually is expected.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Marine, or related field).
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant heavy engineering experience.
  • Proficiency in engineering software and tools (SolidWorks, CAD, AutoCAD).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.
  • Preferred experience within the Cement industry or similar heavy industry.
  • Experience with machine design, engineering documentation, and SolidWorks.
  • Technical writing skills in English.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, Business Development, Procurement, and Quality Assurance to align on deliverables, goals, and timelines.
  • Provide guidance to team members and customers as needed.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality.
  • Prepare detailed engineering documentation, including specifications, reports, and manuals.
  • Prepare and execute engineered parts for aftermarket and retrofit business.
  • Deliver engineered packages on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards for projects.
  • Support standardization, product improvement, and development of the product line (Value Engineering).
  • Travel to job sites and regional offices up to 30 days per year.
  • Assist with solving manufacturing and operational problems.
  • Analyze complex design problems requiring new or improved techniques or procedures.
  • Create, review, and approve design drawings in SolidWorks 3D and AutoCAD.
  • Create and review configuration programs in Tacton.
  • Perform and review mechanical calculations.
  • Promote a culture of personal and team safety.
  • Act as an engaged team player with global colleagues.

Pyro Product Specialist – Allentown

Our global Service Engineering team is looking for a technically sharp and motivated Pyro Product Specialist to take ownership of aftermarket, retrofit, and product improvement solutions for Rotary Kilns and other Pyro equipment in the cement industry. The role involves working independently with limited supervision while influencing outcomes through deep technical expertise.

Responsibilities
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Service, Sales, Business Development, Procurement, and Quality Assurance to align on deliverables, goals, and timelines.
  • Technical Support: Provide guidance to team members and customers as needed.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality.
  • Documentation: Prepare detailed engineering documentation, including specifications, reports, and manuals, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Technical proposal preparation and execution of engineered parts for aftermarket and retrofit business.
  • Deliver engineered packages on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards for individual projects.
