Pyramid Class Special Education Teacher (2027 - 2028)
This vacancy is to create a pool of candidates for vacancies open during the current school year and for the 2027 - 2028 school year.
The Pyramid class provides integrated support to students with significant social and emotional needs. Intensive special education and therapeutic services are provided in a small, structured setting within a general education school. Students have opportunities for inclusion in general education classes with non-disabled peers, as appropriate, and are pursuing a high school diploma.

Under the Fair Labor and Standards Act this positionis exempt from overtime. Actual salary placement will be in accordance with the salary procedures of the Frederick County Public School System.
