Qualifications

• Must have High School diploma or GED.
• 2-year technical degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build heats for PVD furnaces.
• Place inserts in fixtures according to process.
• Perform quality inspection and quantity verification prior to coating.
• Originate documentation to accompany heats through the Coating Focused Factory.
• Visually inspect coated inserts with unaided eye and microscope.
• Verify product and style match route card.
• Record necessary information accurately.
• Transfer inserts to next work center.
• Maintain daily housekeeping of the work area.
• Operate other equipment as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and meet daily production goals.
