Ewd Energy Solutions Llc is looking for a dedicated Solar Installer to support field operations with hands-on electrical and installation work. The role requires working at heights, reading blueprints, and ensuring electrical safety and proper voltage levels.

Ideal candidates will have experience or at least familiarity with solar installations, scaffolding or rooftop environments, and a strong work ethic capable of handling physical demands daily.

Qualifications

• Experience with solar panel installation preferred but not required.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and technical drawings.
• Comfort working on rooftops and in variable conditions.
• Proficiency with electrical wiring and testing using voltmeters.

Responsibilities

• Install solar panels on rooftops and structures per project specs and safety standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings for accurate installation.
• Use hand and power tools for installation tasks.
• Perform electrical work including wiring and system testing to ensure proper voltage.
• Collaborate with teammates to troubleshoot during installation.
• Ensure compliance with local high-voltage codes and regulations.
• Maintain a clean, safe work site and assist with training new team members.

Responsibilities

• - Install solar panels on rooftops and other structures in accordance with project specifications and safety standards.
• - Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation.
• - Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for installation tasks.
• - Conduct electrical work including wiring, connecting systems, and ensuring proper voltage levels using voltmeters.
• - Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues during installation processes.
• - Ensure all installations comply with local codes and regulations regarding high voltage systems.
• - Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• - Assist in the training of new team members on installation techniques and safety practices.
