• Approximately 10 years of pharmacovigilance experience with at least 7 years in progressive leadership roles.
• Demonstrated ability to lead quality and compliance programs with strategic impact.

Responsabilités

• Lead global PV quality & compliance oversight and ensure sustained GVP compliance.
• Oversee REMS compliance programs, audits, and inspection readiness.
• Drive quality governance and enterprise quality leadership across PV and REMS.
• Foster strategic partnerships across PV, R&D Quality, Regulatory Affairs, IT and Legal.
• Develop high-performing teams and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
