Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, construction management, finance, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using Canva or a similar design platform is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete contractor prequalification requests accurately and on time.
• Maintain a centralized library of current company information used in prequalification forms, proposals, and pursuit materials.
• Track and regularly update company statistics, financial information, safety metrics, bonding information, and project experience.
• Develop polished pursuit materials and client-facing content for project interviews and pursuits.
• Collaborate with sales leaders and executives to create presentations and project resumes.
