Job summary

You will manage a team of associates to design and execute experiments driving program objectives and may propose new processes and technologies to accelerate projects. As a technical SME, you will interface with clients, guide technology transfer to clinical manufacturing, mentor staff, and ensure compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• BS, MS, or PhD in a relevant scientific field.
• Experience with purification concepts, scale-up and analytical methods.
• Experience leading a team and mentoring junior staff.
• Understanding of cGMP and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication with clients and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead purification process development from definition to characterization.
