Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. seeks an experienced purchasing professional to manage procurement for fabrication projects in Pennsylvania. You will coordinate with production, engineering, and project teams to forecast material needs and secure timely supplier quotes.

The role requires hands-on vendor management, PO creation, and tracking through ERP/MRP systems. Manufacturing or metal fabrication exposure is a plus; residency in the U.S. is required.

• 5+ years purchasing, procurement, material planning, or production planning experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, metal fabrication, construction, or architectural/structural steel preferred.
• Hands‑on experience purchasing materials and managing vendors, purchase orders, and delivery schedules.

Requirements

• US Citizenship or Permanent Residency (Green Card) are required.

At least 5 years purchasing, procurement, material planning, or production planning experience

Experience in manufacturing, metal fabrication, construction, or architectural / structural steel is preferred.

Hands‑on experience purchasing materials and managing vendors, purchase orders, and delivery schedules

Working knowledge of inventory management and ERP/MRP systems.

Ability to read and work from bills of materials, specifications, drawings, or other manufacturing documentation is a plus

Experience purchasing metals, aluminum, glass, hardware, finishes, or other construction-related materials is a plus
