Qualifications

• 3+ years purchasing experience in automotive environment preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain/logistics, engineering, construction management or equivalent.
• Strong organization and time management; ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Professional experience in an English-speaking environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in projects across Paint Shop Construction, Conveyor, Robot systems, and related equipment installation.
• Align and standardize purchasing processes and procedures per company guidelines.
• Identify and implement best practices to improve purchasing efficiency.
• Support in complying with international purchasing laws and standards.
• Aim for certificates in third-party standards related to purchasing excellence.
• Define and standardize reporting processes and tools (dashboards, automations, SRM).
• Use tools to create and maintain standardized reports and best practices for purchasing.
• Assist Sustainability requirements and supplier communications and reporting to management.
• Perform other duties to support purchasing activities.
• Travel 25% or more as needed.
