Job summary

Hyve Solutions seeks a Purchasing Buyer to source, manage floor stock, and coordinate with vendors in a fast-paced PCBA manufacturing environment. You will ensure accurate purchasing, reliable inventory levels, and timely issue resolution to keep production running smoothly.

Responsibilities include planning with internal customers, processing POs/invoices, and monitoring delivery and quality performance. The role requires 3–5 years of related experience, strong communication, and proficiency

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with financial and systematic transactions.
• Detail oriented with strong records management.
• Experience in a mixed office/manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to travel for business meetings or training.

Responsibilities

• Plan with internal customers to source and manage floor stock and consumables.
• Process purchase orders, packing slips, invoices and related documents.
• Establish and maintain vendor relationships; monitor delivery performance.
• Set inventory levels for frequently used items to support manufacturing.
• Escalate issues related to delivery, quality, or stock shortages and identify improvements.
