Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1–2 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in pre-qualifying subcontractors and bid analysis.
• Strong cost tracking, budgeting, and change-order management.

Responsibilities

• Pre-qualify subcontractors.
• Setup and monitor option costs and sales prices.
• Maintain and update current budgets.
• Spread revised bids and obtain approval for any price increases.
• Prepare direct costs analysis and variances for review.
• Input original Direct Costs budget.
• Execute lot starts and final proof of all unit costs.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
