Job summary

Reinhausen Inc. is seeking a purchasing professional to manage weekly order reports, convert requisitions into purchase orders, and monitor inventory to ensure timely delivery of goods.

You will negotiate pricing and delivery terms with suppliers, prepare purchase orders and bids, and identify potential supply chain disruptions with contingency plans. Local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1–2 years of purchasing experience, ideally with SAP knowledge.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Structured and thorough approach to time and task management.
• Willingness to travel locally and occasionally overnight.
