Job summary

PRMI is hiring experienced Mortgage Loan Officers to close more loans, keep referral partners happy, and get paid well for it. This is a full-time, on-site role in Kent, WA with in-house processing, underwriting and closing teams.

We reward production with competitive commissions, draws or sign-on bonuses for proven performers, and offer full benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), HSA and FSA, plus paid time off.

Qualifications

• Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS) with 1+ years of retail origination.
• Existing relationships with real estate agents or builders, or willingness to build them.
• Focus on purchase business with full support.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents and builders.
