Lilt is seeking experienced professionals to contribute to a cutting-edge AI benchmarking project in Punjabi, focused on Indian finance contexts. As a Subject Matter Expert, you will craft and review high-quality, real-world financial scenarios that test AI systems for India-compliant environments.

You will create domain-specific tasks, apply scoring rubrics, review submissions for accuracy and regulatory alignment, and provide expert feedback to shape gold-standard solutions.

Qualifications

• Native Punjabi with strong professional English proficiency.
• 5+ years of experience in Finance or Financial Services (e.g., structuring, compliance, audit, risk, investment analysis).
• Strong knowledge of Indian financial products and frameworks.
• Familiarity with Indian regulatory environments (e.g., central banks, capital market authorities, tax/zakat frameworks).
• Ability to write and evaluate professional-grade financial content in Punjabi with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create realistic, domain-specific tasks in Punjabi reflecting Indian finance practices.
• Adapt and apply clear scoring rubrics to evaluate AI-generated and human responses.
• Review and score submissions for accuracy, regulatory alignment, and professional quality.
