Job summary

Element Solutions Inc. in Itasca, IL is seeking a Machine Operator for the Punch Press on the 2nd shift. You will operate production equipment, load and unload materials, perform assembly, and inspect products for quality.

Maintain a clean, organized 5S work area, complete production records, assist with changeovers and setup, and monitor equipment for safety and quality concerns. A high school diploma or GED and 0–2 years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–2 years of manufacturing, production, or related experience.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Experience using hand tools and basic manufacturing equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment per standard work instructions.
• Load and unload materials, components, and finished products.
• Perform assembly, machine operation, packaging, and other tasks.
• Inspect products to meet quality requirements and specifications.
• Complete production records and documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following 5S.
• Assist with equipment changeovers and basic setup.
• Monitor equipment performance and report concerns.
• Follow safety policies and work practices.
• Support daily production, quality, and efficiency goals.
