Job summary

Burkentine Real Estate Group is seeking experienced carpenters to join our team as Punch Out Technicians/Carpenters. You will apply your skilled craft to manage and complete a variety of small projects on schedule while upholding Burkentine standards.

You will perform quality control on new builds, coordinate with subcontractors and the project team, and liaise with homeowners to ensure exceptional service. Travel to multiple job sites is required as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 5 years carpentry experience.
• Must have own tools to bring to sites (hand and power tools).
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be an insured motorist.
• Must be able to travel to the jobsite(s) as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Review, organize, and execute lists and tasks provided by the Project Manager for QC and completion.
• Perform Quality Control checks on new construction units to Burkentine standards.
• Track and communicate with the project team regarding task completion and issues.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to address quality issues within delivery timelines.
• Utilize both handwritten and digital methods to track and execute tasks.
• Work with multiple people on multiple project sites and participate in required inspections.
• Liaise with homeowners/clients to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Ensure subcontractors have corrected all deficiencies identified.
