Job summary

Noble Casing Inc. in Williston, ND seeks an experienced equipment operator to safely perform tasks related to pumping equipment, rig up/down, and operate fluid pumps in the shop, yard, or customer sites.

You will help with maintenance, inspections, and documentation while following safety and company procedures. Applicants should have strong problem-solving abilities, the ability to work in adverse weather, and a background in oilfield well servicing.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Basic problem-solving skills.

• Customer service skills.
• Oilfield well servicing experience.
• Ability to bend, crouch, and lift objects of up to 75 pounds for extended periods of time.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate, service, and maintain equipment.
• Train team members.
• Display extensive knowledge of rigging and “outside” operations of pump, iron, and wellhead.
• Complete all documentation required for equipment service, inspections, and maintenance.
• Will be able to operate or drive all of the equipment.
• Comply with required safety and operational procedures.
• Assists other employees with equipment rigs up and rig down.
• Operate fluid pumps associated with processes including treatment procedures.
• Perform required inspections and maintenance of equipment and ensure that iron certifications are current.
• Perform all duties in compliance with Customer and Company policies and procedures and applicable regulations.
• Actively participates in safety meetings and assist to identify and address risks and hazards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with DOT regulations.
