Doodie Calls is seeking a Non-CDL Pump Truck Driver to operate a set route in Rosharon, TX. You will pump, clean, sanitize, and restock portable restrooms and finish at the disposal site. This is outdoor, physical work with responsibility for the truck and on-time service.

Opportunity to gain CDL and advance, with nights, weekends and holidays required, and overtime available.

Job Overview

You’ll run a non-CDL pump truck on a set route. At each stop you service portable restrooms: pump the tanks, clean and restock the units, and keep things moving. You'll finish the day at the disposal site. It's physical, outdoor work with real responsibility for the truck and for being on time, and it's a solid path into a CDL role.

What You’ll Do

• Do your pre-trip inspection and log it before rolling out


• Work your route: pump, clean, sanitize and restock each unit


• Keep dispatch posted on delays, site problems, breakdowns or accidents


• Unload at the approved disposal site and keep your dump, mileage and service logs


• Refuel, handle basic upkeep and flag anything the shop needs to fix

What We’re Looking For

• Valid driver's license


• 5-year driving record that passes our insurance review


• Experience driving a work truck or pulling a trailer preferred


• Available for some nights, weekends and holidays, including storm and event surges


• Interest in earning your CDL and moving up

• High-Volume Efficiency: You master your route to safely execute 30 to 50+ service stops per day, navigating tight alleys and busy construction zones without incidents or delays.


• The \"Like-New\" Standard: You take pride in your work, ensuring every single portable unit is perfectly pumped, power-washed, chemically recharged, and fully restocked at every visit.


• Smart Truck Handling: You drive defensively to smoothly manage liquid tank \"slosh\" and keep an eye on your pump so small problems get fixed before they become breakdowns.


• Proactive Problem-Solving: When a unit is blocked or inaccessible, you don't just drive away—you coordinate directly with the site foreman to find a solution or document the issue immediately on our routing app.


• Clean Record, Clean Paperwork: You keep a safe driving record, complete thorough daily pre-trip inspections, and ensure 100% legal waste disposal at authorized municipal facilities.

Physical requirements

Climbing in and out of the truck many times a day. Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. Handling hoses. Bending and kneeling. Working outdoors in heat, rain and cold. A pre-employment fitness-for-duty exam confirms you can safely do these tasks.
