Job summary

PumpMan Waterworks, Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a skilled Pump Installer to join our Harrington family. The role focuses on pump repair, installation, and on-site troubleshooting in commercial, industrial, and municipal settings.

You will prep materials, train helpers, and uphold safety standards while maintaining company equipment. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of pump experience, a strong mechanical background, and a valid CDL or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Qualifications

1–3 years pump installation and repair experience as a Pump Installer or Pump Rig Operator.
High School Diploma preferred but not required.
Working understanding of pumps, motors, wells, electricity, controls, piping, rigging, chemicals, and well rehabilitation tools.
Valid state driver’s license and Class B CDL or ability to obtain within 90 days.
Safety conscious and able to recognize hazards.
Strong mechanical aptitude; maintain equipment including pump rig, service truck, welder, generator, hand tools, power tools, grinders, drills, chain wrenches, and come along.

Responsibilities

Pump repair, installation, and troubleshooting.
Job preparation includes assembling parts, supplies, and materials.
Training helpers and maintaining a safe working environment.
Responsible for maintaining company issued equipment.
Responsible for well rehabilitation efforts using chemicals and mechanical means.
Administrative work including reports, driving logs, time sheets.
