Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Pump & Power Technician 3 to join our team in Fort Lauderdale. You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex mechanical and electrical equipment, leading others when needed and ensuring equipment meets performance standards.

Required are 5-7 years of hands-on experience with Pump & Power gear and EPA 608 certification, plus strong knowledge of refrigeration, generators, and motor controls. This role offers an opportunity to grow within a national leader.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years experience repairing and maintaining Pump & Power equipment.
• EPA section 608 universal Certification required.
• Advanced understanding of refrigeration, electrical engines and controllers.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and diagnoses complex mechanical and electrical equipment problems.
• Performs advanced/complex repair on all types of equipment.
• May lead and train other team members in repairing equipment.
• Read and interpret electric, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics.
