Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals seeks a Pump & Power Technician 2 to perform diagnostics and repairs, returning equipment to service quickly and safely. The role requires 3–5 years of repairing Pump & Power gear, EPA 608 certification, and knowledge of generators, HVAC components and dehumidification systems. Expect indoor/outdoor work and attention to downtime reduction.

Base pay ranges from $23 to $33 per hour, with full benefits and opportunities for advancement within a fast-growing rental company.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience repairing and maintaining Pump & Power equipment.
• EPA Section 608 universal Certification required.
• Knowledge of refrigeration, electrical engines and controllers, dehumidification (CDI and Munters), and air treatment equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic diagnostics and equipment repairs to return equipment to service promptly.
• Work safely and efficiently to minimize downtime and maximize equipment availability.
• Read electrical schematics and hydraulic schematics to troubleshoot issues and support maintenance.
