Position Overview

The Pump Down Operator supports the Pump Down Supervisor with field operations, ensuring equipment efficiency, safety, and operational success.

1. Maintain all equipment to ensure optimal operation and appearance.
2. Follow instructions from the Pump Down Supervisor and communicate job progress.
3. Operate water transfer pumps and high-pressure iron valves.
4. Rig up and rig down equipment as needed.
5. Adhere to all AWS HSE policies and use appropriate PPE at all times.
6. Drive company vehicles across various terrains, including highways, rural, gravel, and off-road conditions.
7. Work rotational shifts, including day and night rotations.
8. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
9. Minimum of one (1) year related experience required.
10. Familiarity with MDT Pump Software and Pump Down operations preferred.
11. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work well with others.
12. Possess basic problem-solving and organizational skills.
13. Maintain a valid driver’s license and pass MVR checks; Class A CDL preferred but not required.
14. Communicate respectfully and effectively with all stakeholders.
15. Experience with rotational shift work and in inclement weather required.
16. Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
17. Pass pre-employment screening and meet legal employment eligibility requirements.
18. Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform physical tasks in various conditions.
