Qualifications include 3+ years in industrial operations or an associate degree/technical cert, plus basic math and computer use. Expect rotating 12-hour shifts, weekends, holidays, and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Three+ years in industrial operation or maintenance
• Able to read a tape measure and perform basic math
• Experience using a computer, tablet, or smart device
• High School Diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to defined standards and product specs
• Monitor computer control systems and troubleshoot equipment
• Perform basic asset care and preventive maintenance
• Work as a team to meet production, waste, quality, and safety goals
• Adhere to safety protocols and PPE usage
• Read and follow written instructions
• Communicate effectively within the team
• Work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Lift up to 50 pounds with assistance and endure 12-hour shifts
