Jackson Physician Search is assisting a 70+ bed, high-tech community hospital just 20 minutes outside Indianapolis in recruiting a Pulmonologist to join a two-physician team under new hospital leadership.

The ideal candidate will focus on pulmonary care with light PCC responsibilities, enjoy flexible hours and an excellent work-life balance, and have the opportunity to expand into sleep disorders if desired.

Job description

A 70+ bed, high-tech community hospital 20 minutes outside Indianapolis is seeking a Pulmonologist to join a team of 2 Pulmonologists under new, progressive hospital leadership but with a long-standing patient population. This opportunity offers an excellent work-life balance with primarily pulmonary care and light PCC responsibilitiesallowing you to maintain your skills and build a practice the best way you see fit - all while living in one of the nation's top-rated communities for families.

Position Highlights

• 70+ bed hospital with a 23-bed ICU
• Light critical care load: typically 1-2 vented patients per month
• Flexible hours with strong work-life balance
• Onsite call burden is low thanks to a strong hospitalist team
• New physician has potential to also practice doing some Sleep Disorders
