Job summary

Virginia Mason Franciscan Health in Silverdale, WA, is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Pulmonologist to join a well-established team at St. Michael Medical Center.

Practice pulmonary medicine in a clinic setting with strong specialty support within a regional medical center. The ideal candidate demonstrates excellence in patient-centered care, communication, and teamwork, with a hospitalist service in place and a five-physician group.

Qualifications

• Medical Degree required.
• ABIM pulmonary training completed or in process.
• ABIM Pulmonary Medicine board certification or eligibility.
• ABMS Sleep Medicine certification or eligibility.
• WA State Medical License and DEA in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Hospitalist service for inpatient admissions.
• Call responsibilities include inpatient pulmonary consults and clinic coverage.
• Part of an established group of five physicians.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our highly skilled and compassionate Board-Certified/Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine and Sleep Medicine, you will join our well established team in Silverdale, WA at St. Michael Medical Center. This exciting opportunity allows you to practice in a supportive, physician-led setting with access to a robust referral network within a regional healthcare leader.

Every day you will practice pulmonary medicine in a clinic setting with robust multiple specialty support within a regional medical center environment. As part of Virginia Mason Franciscan Health, a faith-based, not-for-profit organization and proud member of CommonSpirit Health, you will be integral to a continuum of care that reflects our unwavering commitment to excellence.

To be successful in this role, you will be a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Pulmonologist practicing high quality, evidence based, and patient centered medicine. Our ideal candidate will be an exceptional clinician with excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork.

• Hospitalist Service in place covering the inpatient admissions.
• Call responsibilities include Inpatient Pulmonary Consult Service and Clinic Coverage.
• Established group of five experienced physicians.
