Frye Regional Medical Center in Hickory, NC is seeking a BC/BE Pulmonary & Sleep Medicine physician to join a collegial four-physician and two-APP group delivering comprehensive respiratory and sleep care. The role is outpatient-focused with inpatient pulmonary consults; schedule is 8a–5p with protected time for bronchoscopy, sleep studies, and occasional sleep lab leadership responsibilities.

Position Detail:

Frye Regional Medical Center is seeking a BC/BE Pulmonary & Sleep Medicine physician to join an established Pulmonary & Critical Care group of four physicians and two APPs. This successful candidate will join a collegial team dedicated to providing comprehensive, high-quality respiratory and sleep care to patients throughout the region.

• Primarily outpatient medicine in clinic for Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine patients


• Schedule: Monday through Friday 8a to 5p with ability to have blocked time for bronchoscopy/ procedures & sleep studies reading time as well


• Inpatient pulmonary consults. Critical care coverage opportunities may arise periodically to accommodate colleague scheduled absences


• LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITY TO BE SLEEP LAB DIRECTOR


• REQUIRED: Sleep fellowship BC/BE
