Base pay range

$300,000.00/yr - $375,000.00/yr

A health services network in Orange County is currently seeking an experienced, licensed Pulmonologist to join their team and help build out the service line.

About the Opportunity:

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday standard business hours
  • Call Schedule: Rotated light call

Responsibilities:

The Pulmonologist will:

  • Conduct thorough medical histories and physical examinations related to respiratory symptoms
  • Evaluate patients with breathing difficulties, chronic cough, chest pain, and other respiratory issues
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests
  • Analyze and interpret laboratory results to aid in diagnosis
  • Develop comprehensive treatment plans based on the diagnosis
  • Prescribe appropriate medications
  • Manage chronic respiratory diseases
  • Provide education on disease management and lifestyle adjustments
  • Manage patients in critical condition
  • Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

  • Licensed to practice medicine in the State of New York
  • Board Certified / Eligible in Pulmonology (MD/DO)
