MarinHealth, serving the San Francisco Bay Area with clinics in Larkspur and Novato, seeks a pulmonologist for both outpatient Pulmonary & Sleep Medicine and inpatient pulmonary care. Join a collaborative, established team with a hospitalist program and EPIC EHR.

Open to experienced physicians or new graduates; California licensure required or eligibility; compensation includes base with productivity bonus, generous benefits, and potential signing/relocation incentives.

Qualifications

• MD/DO licensed or eligible for licensure in California
• Board-eligible or board-certified in Pulmonary Medicine
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with patients from diverse backgrounds

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient pulmonary and sleep medicine services and inpatient pulmonary care.
• Share hospital consults/calls among the group; participate in a hospitalist program and CC shifts as available

The Position

We are looking for a fantastic pulmonologist for both succession planning and growth in our highly-respected pulmonary practice. Our exceptional pulmonologists treat a wide range of conditions including shortness of breath, chronic cough, asthma, COPD, emphysema, lung cancer, pleurisy, blood vessel disorders in the lungs, and obstructive sleep apnea. Our clinic is located in Larkspur with a comprehensive PF Lab located at MarinHealth Medical Center. This opportunity is open to physicians who wish to practice outpatient Pulmonary & Sleep Medicine and inpatient Pulmonary Medicine. Opportunities for CC shifts available.

The Position Requirements

• M.D. or D.O.
• Applicants must beboard-eligible or certified in Pulmonary Medicine
• Open to experiencedphysicians or new graduates
• Licensedor eligible for licensure in California
• Exhibit excellentcommunication skills and be able to develop strong relationships withpatients, as well as sensitivity to cultural and linguistic differences
• Practice evidence-basedmedicine and possess a strong philosophy of excellence in patient care andexcellence in the overall patient experience
• Opportunitiesto build practice focus areas in sleep medicine, interventional, orinpatient consultations and critical care.

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation is commensuratewith experience and training and ranges from $350K - $500K. We provide a2-year competitive guaranteed base with productivity bonus.
