Qualifications

• RN license required.
• BSN preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience advancing to RN II level through hours or performance evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Carry out nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation.
• Provide quality communication, teamwork and leadership.
• Direct, coordinate and implement patient teaching, safety initiatives and staff education.
• Care for assigned population, fulfill unit responsibilities, participate in departmental committees.
