Job summary

Washington University Medical Campus seeks a Clinical Research Coordinator II for the Pulmonary & Critical Care Medicine division. The role involves coordination of sarcoidosis and ILD-related trials, interacting with physicians, staff, and participants to ensure protocol compliance and data quality.

The position supports spirometry procedures, data entry, surveys, and billing entries. A Bachelor’s degree and BLS certification are required, with 2 years of clinical research experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic Life Support certification must be obtained within one month of hire date.
• Clinical Research experience (2 years) required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing plans for research projects and protocol amendments.
• Coordinate forms, questionnaires, and manuals for study procedures.
• Manage all phases of study as per protocol and regulatory requirements.
